It’s the end of one year, which marks the beginning of the next. Come party with your friends, and celebrate the end of assignments, deadlines, and exams. Or, is it just the beginning of new classes, new skills, and new friends? Come for a night of great food, tasty drinks, music and an amazing time! Come celebrate the end of classes, and take a break before exams! Come enjoy our biggest event of the year, all at a beautiful venue! We’ll be providing a catered dinner with top quality entrees, desserts, and more. Of course, we’ll provide the drinks!

Last year, over 50 companies attended the Tech Career Fair to meet undergraduate and graduate students from a wide range of disciplines, including Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, Engineering Physics, and Electrical & Computer Engineering. This is a wonderful way for you to showcase your portfolio, and network with a wide range of companies to find out about internships and post-graduate career opportunities.
Hosted jointly by UBC Computer Science Student Society - CSSS, UBC IEEE, Cognitive Systems Society, and Engineering Physics, the 2018 Technical Career Fair will be held on Thu. Jan. 25, 2018 @ 10am-4pm in the West Atrium of the UBC Life Sciences Centre.

Join us for a night of chaos and mayhem as we dash through old-school games ranging from the classic to the awful to the straight-up absurd! Compete with your friends to rack up as many points as you can in a short amount of time for good times and prizes, not to mention supporting a good cause - all proceeds from the event go to support Child’s Play charity!
Please arrive no later than 6:15! We’ll need time to get everyone set up on their laptops. The event will start at 6:30 SHARP and we don’t want to leave anyone behind!
